A family business
Wine for us is a journey for which we prepare, study, and wait, and which never ends, giving us different colors and flavors each vintage and enriching the experience of working in the cellar with unique sensations and values, from the land that produces them to the people who seek them out. The typical character of our wine reflects that of the land from which it comes and is the result of a wise attention to tradition and technology. Among the first to bet on the unpredictable possibilities of succeeding in interpreting these lands, today they have learned much from this many years of experience.

The restless giant. We are in Linguaglossa on Mount Etna. A unique and fascinating set of territories. Man here interacts, often with difficulty, with a beautiful but equally complicated environment. Everything here is extreme, at the limit of vine cultivation. Between 500 and 1400 meters above sea level, there are the localities with the most pronounced viticultural vocation, and the most representative vineyards of Etna's enology. It is to these vineyards that we owe the oldest Sicilian Denominazione di Origine Controllata, established in 1968.

Tifeo Red
The shyly ruby red Tifeo, tending toward garnet, uncovers the complex aromas bit by bit. Cherry under spirit, carob, macerated rose, with hints of leather and coffee, clove and vanilla. Full palate and vigorous tannins still evolving, with an exquisitely lasting finish.

The white Tifeo is a luminous pale straw yellow. The nose presents a delicate succession of citrus notes, from grapefruit to lemon zest, white pepper, lily of the valley and aromatic herbs, and iodine whiffs. The sip, persistent and captivating, is characterized by incisive freshness and sapidity.

Tifeo rosé, soft pink with auburn highlights, intrigues the nose with its aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry and pomegranate. Feu d’o White
Feu d'O white has a straw yellow color (tending to golden) and is characterized by intense aromas of yellow fruit, such as pineapple, melon, passion fruit and ripe peach. Heady notes of basil and thyme lend verve and elegance to a richly flavored and enveloping Grillo.

The Petto Dragone dresses a bright and vibrant ruby red. Aromas of red cherry and currant are followed by dried lavender and violets, hints of leather and tobacco.
